  Endurance Capital Management is a private investment firm founded in 2013. Located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, the company is focused primarily on generating income, with a secondary goal of capital appreciation. Using a mix of both public and private securities, Endurance seeks to achieve enhanced returns with reduced volatility and a lower correlation to traditional investments.

Johnson is the Principal, Portfolio Manager of the company, focusing on income generation through CEFs, BDCs, Bonds, MLPs, REITs, Options and alternatives including real estate, private credit, private equity and infrastructure.  Academic background includes Master of Science in Finance (Investment Analysis concentration), Certificate in Financial Planning, and a Master of Business Administration.
